In trading on Monday, the Guggenheim Solar ETF (TAN) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.2% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Renesola Limited (SOL), up about 8.6% and shares of Yingli Green Energy Holding (YGE), up about 6.4% on the day.
